Copper Lodge is an 8,000+ square foot luxury vacation rental in the Chalet Village North community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It sleeps 26 guests in 8 private bedrooms, and every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
The home was designed for family reunions, multi-generational trips, retreats and friends travelling together. Gather in a great room with 30-foot ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, cook together in a chef's "double" kitchen, and spread out across a game room, a private gym, wrap-around covered decks, a hot tub and a barrel sauna.
The whole house is yours. Nothing inside is shared, and your stay includes access to three private community clubhouses with seasonal pools, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds.
Tour the lodge's game room, gym, coffee bar, elevator, barrel sauna and hot tub, then fly over Chalet Village and the Smokies that surround it.

Copper Lodge has a private outdoor barrel sauna that seats up to 6 people. A large window at the back frames the Smoky Mountains, so you can watch the ridgelines while you warm up after a day of hiking or exploring Gatlinburg.

The hot tub sits on the lower-level deck, with direct access to the game room, cornhole, and the sauna. It is professionally cleaned and maintained between every stay.
Keep your routine on vacation. The gym has large windows facing the mountains and an XL TV, plus equipment most rentals don't offer.

Your stay includes access to three separate private community clubhouses, each with its own outdoor pool. Pick a different one each day, from mountain views to a water slide for the kids.

Pickleball courts are about half a mile from the lodge and open all year, 24 hours a day. Evening lights mean you can keep playing after dark, even in the off-season when the pools are closed.

The heart of the lodge is a great room with 30-foot vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows looking out to the mountains, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. An oversized sectional seats the whole group for movie nights and morning coffee.
The main kitchen is fully stocked and built for big groups, with a second kitchenette on the game room level. Ask Tim and Bree about a private chef or catering.

The lower level is made for game nights and movie marathons. It opens straight onto the hot tub deck and has its own kitchenette for snacks and drinks.

An expansive covered deck wraps the lodge, with a fire table, Adirondack chairs and a dining table long enough for everyone. Reviewers say the mountain and forest views are even better in person.

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities, so many different seating areas and comfy places to gather, play and relax with friends and family. Perfectly stocked, beautiful kitchen! Tim and Bree were always responsive and helpful. We would love to go back!
This house was a dream house for a family of 24 ranging from 78 to 2 months old… every detail was thought through, from accessibility with the elevator and ramp to baby-needed kitchenware and bedding. Truly a wonderful space that allows a family to be together with a breathtaking view.
Our family (17 of us) has vacationed together for almost 25 years in a variety of states and settings. We all agree that your house was the best we've ever stayed in and you the best, most attentive hosts!
The giant kitchen was amazing. We were able to cook for our entire group, no problem! Between the two cooktops and four ovens, we used them all… Having Tim & Bree as hosts was like having friends be your tour guide. We did everything they recommended.
We stayed here for my mother's 70th birthday. The elevator made it easy for her to enjoy every floor. The ramp to the front door was appreciated too… We loved the sauna and hot tub. The cherry on top was the location. It's super close to the National Park.
STAY HERE. The Copper Lodge is hands down the best home I've stayed in in the Smokies. Fully loaded for a big group. Perfect location right by downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. We loved rotating between the sauna and hot tub.
Wish I could give 10 stars for this place. The house is absolutely better than advertised and perfect for a large family with a range of ages… they are the most responsive and lovely hosts we have ever had.
Everyone had their own private bathroom, made it nice for when we all needed to get ready at the same time… we saw a mama bear and 3 cubs from inside the home (safely through the window). We want to make this an annual trip.
The location was ideal, just minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We explored Anakeesta, enjoyed great restaurants and hiked in Great Smoky Mountains National Park without dealing with traffic. If you're looking for a top-tier luxury stay in Gatlinburg for a large group… THIS IS IT.
